Type specific data and spatial data stored stored with a calculated feature (as opposed to the observation data that is calculated by the defined calculation algorithm) can either be manually defined or copied form a specific source feature when the calculated feature is executed. Even if a calculated feature is configured so that the feature's data is copied from a source data, the calculated feature's data is still modifiable. Copying of the data is done on every execution of the calculated feature, manual changes to the calculated feature's data will be overwritten.

The two settings copy type specific data on execution and copy spatial data on execution can be specified for every calculated feature and define what feature data will be copied on execution of the calculated feature.

If copy type specific data is selected the property structure instance of the source feature will be copied and stored with the calculated features. The created copy will not include any binary data of the source feature.
