The Application Server provides several different possibilities to establish relations between features. Different types of features relations are used to express different logical relations between features.

Feature relations are always directed, i.e. there is always a source feature and a destination feature that are linked by the relation.

Some types of relations are used by Redbex for analyzing, processing and presenting data.

If a user has the permission to read a feature he implicitly has the permission to list all features that are related to this feature (incoming and outgoing relations).
