The Application Server provides a personal file depot for each user. The file depot is a simple storage space on the Application Server that stores files for later use. A user can upload any file to his personal file depot.

Whenever the Application Server needs files as input data for a specific operation the user can advice the Application Server to take this file from the user's file depot.The Application Server will then use the file from the depot and will remove it from the depot afterwards.

Files in the file depot of a specific user are only visible and accessible for that user.
