With the generic import it's possible to add binary files as associated data to a feature or observation.

The files need to be in the same root as the text file that is being imported.

The user can either import a folder or a single file. If the user specifies a folder, the import will import all files in that folder.

File names will be kept.

Currently it's not possible to add tags to a file when importing.
