Feature type and subtype

The feature type view filter term type can be used to filter for features of a specific type and optionally of a specific subtype. Although subtypes are only defined for domains the term allows to select any feature subtype defined in any domain for the selected feature type.

Setting	Description
Feature type	Specifies the data source a feature must have to match this filter term.
Use feature subtype filter	This setting allows to specify if term should also filter for the feature subtype. If the term is set so that it does filter for subtypes and the subtype is not specified it filters for all features of the give type that are not assigned to a subtype, if the term is set to not filter for subtypes it will include all features of that type no matter if they have a subtype or not.
Feature subtype	The feature subtype to filter for (only used if Use feature subtype filter is set)
