By default the Application Server will read multilingual labels from the Application Server Database during start up of the Application Server and whenever the labels are newly downloaded from the Redbex Distribution Server.

If the instance configuration file specifies a directory for translation files the Application Server will read translations from all files in this directory. The translation files must have a specific format. The Application Server will automatically detect changes to files in the specified directory and will update the its multilingual labels accordingly.
