When accessing the Redbex Application Server via HTTPS the Server (e.g. via MappRover) must have a valid certificate bound to the port where the HTTPS service is provided (usually 443). The clients accessing the Redbex Service will get this certificate and will check if they can trust this certificate. They do this by checking the certificate chain of this certificate, therefore the certificate chain must include a certification authority that is a trusted certification authority for the client accessing the Redbex Service.
For iOS clients you can find a list of trusted root certificates at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207177
