Whenever a job is executed it creates a log of actions performed. This job log is an action log that is stored along with other job data in the job history. The contents of the job log are defined by the job type. The job log is the main source for getting details about unsuccessful jobs, warnings issued during job execution and other information. The job log is written in English only.

Users can read the job log of jobs that they own, or if they have the system permission List all jobs (9) they can get the job log of any jobs irrespective of their owner.
