Public, Personal views

Public views are views that are accessible (e.g. visible for the Client) by all users with the appropriate privileges.

The system allows each user to create personal subordinate views of public views to further filter features according to personal needs. Personal views have following characteristics:

Personal views are only shown and can only be accessed by the user who created them.

Personal views can have personal subordinate views but can never have public subordinate views.

You cannot assign privileges to personal views.

Personal views cannot be root views, i.e. a personal view must have a public vies in its view path.

Besides that a personal view has exactly the same possibilities and characteristics as public views. Personal views are deleted if the parent public view is deleted.
