The Application Server provides a possibility to globally suppress the execution of calculated features by using the global setting Processing: Disable execution of calculated features. Suppressing the execution of all calculations is meant for situations where the execution of jobs puts heavy load on the system and you want to quickly free more system resources or investigate the cause of the heavy load.

If the value of this global setting is set to true no calculated feature will be executed. The jobs that are used to execute the calculated feature will still run but terminate immediately, without performing any actual calculation. Already started executions will not be aborted.
