The active directory settings are used for synchronization of Redbex Users with the users of a specific Active Directory user group.

AD Domain name |
The NetBIOS domain name of the window domain that will be used for user authentication. |
Rebex domain user group |
The user group in the Active Directory whose members shall be able to use Redbex. This setting is only necessary if you plan to synchronize Active Directory users with Redbex users. |
Synchronization user name |
The name of the Active Directory user who is used for synchronizing Redbex Users with users from the user group Rebex domain user group with the local Redbex users |
Synchronization user password |
The password of the Active Directory user used for syncing. |
Keep Local |
This setting defines if local Redbex users that have no matching user in the Active Directory group will be deactivated or not. |
