Application Server address |
The Application Server itself cannot determine which address is used to connect to it from the outside. Therefore this setting defines the address that is used by clients to connect to the server. Usually this is the full DNS name of the Server, e.g. server1.redbex.com . When the Application Server sends out login information to users this address will be shown. |
Operator |
The Name of the Organization that operates the Application Server |
Operator web page |
Webpage of the Organization that operates the Application Server. Use this setting to point users to a web page where they can get more information about your installation and usage of Redbex. |
Administrator telephone number |
The telephone number where users can reach the organization or administrator operating the Application Server |
Administrator email address |
The email address where users can reach the organization or administrator operating the Application Server |
Support email |
E-mail address that is shown to users for support requests. Default is support@redbex.com |
Support phone number |
Telephone number that is shown to users for support requests. |
Non productive system |
If set this setting marks the instance of the Application Serer as being a non-productive instance (e.g. a test or demo system). It is up to the client to decide if and how this setting is shown to users. |
Important Information |
A text line that can be used to show very important information to the users. Use this to inform users about planned server down times etc. It is up to the client if this information is shown and how it is shown. |
