This section describes how you use the light Setup Program that installs the Smart Client on your computer. We recommend to use the light Setup Program if you cannot get administrative privileges to run the full setup program.

The light Setup Program for the latest version of the Smart Client can be downloaded from http://download.redbex.com.

We recommend to download the latest version of the Smart Client that is compatible with your Application Server before starting with this installation.

The light setup requires Microsoft .NET framework 4.5 to be installed on the computer. If this is not the case for your computer you will have to use the full setup program, or install .NET framework 4.5 manually before running the light setup.
