Installation is the process of making Redbex ready for use in your IT environment. The n-tier structure of Redbex gives you great flexibility in designing an installation scenario that best fits your requirements, be it a simple single computer installation or a distributed installation integrated in your local IT environment and aiming for highest performance.
This chapter provides the information you need to define your installation scenario, to install and to configure the tiers. Refer to the update section if parts of the system are already installed and you just want to update to a later version.
