Mandatory settings define if a specific properties value must be given before it is stored. The mandatory setting can be defined for each property in a property setting context

For some properties system predefined value for mandatory may be available. This value is not modifiable by the user. If system setting is TRUE, property is mandatory, disregarding any user settings. If system setting is FALSE, user setting in current context is used.
