Show/Hide Toolbars

A report can present data using a combination of text, charts, maps and other graphical elements. Reports are prepared for printing or digital archiving in form of PDF or other file formats.

In most cases reports will iterate over the feature data and observations of a set of features and will render this data in form of text or graphics. Reports can also include (link) charts and map views.

Reports are generated based on a report definition, and each report definition is based on a predefined report type. Each report definition consist of the data listed in table 1. As all other presentation types reports can be stored as templates. Most report types restrict the bindings to bindings of a specific feature type.

Reports are always generated on the Application Server the resulting files can be provided as Application Server Output Files or can be published to other destinations.
