This control is used to select users and user groups and is used whereever you assign something to users and user groups. Figure 1 shows the control as it is used in the Approval Template Editor window.

To add users or user groups to the list you simply drag those users or groups from the User & User Groups window. Multiple users or groups can be dragged at the same time. To remove users or user groups select the items in the list you want to remove and hit the Del key or choose Delete from the context menu.

To see more details of an element in the choose Open form the context menu of the item, this will bring up the User information window or the group editor window.
