The Job Management window is a document window used to display and modify active and archived jobs. The window can be opened from the Ribbons Common Tab.

The window is divided into two main areas, the top area shows lists of either active or archived jobs, the bottom area shows details about a selected job.

On the Active tab (figure 1) all currently active jobs are shown. When this tab is shown you can set an automatic reload interval in the tool bar. Activate the Automatic reload from Application Server toolbar toggle button and then set the Reload interval. The currently active jobs are shown in a Grid. The progress indicator displays the progress of the job when the list was last reloaded from the server. You can display a detailed progress by expanding a row.

The context menu on active jobs allows to Pause, Abort and Resume jobs. You can also display the job log of the selected job by selecting Job log from the context menu.

Jobs in an archived state are shown on the Archived tab. Since there might be thousands of archived jobs this tab only shows jobs in a specific time interval that can be set on the toolbar. By default this interval is set to the last 8 days. You can display the job log of a selected job by selecting Job log from the context menu.

The details area at the bottom of the form will display details of a selected job (either active or archived).
