The My Approvals window is a tool window that shows pending or historical approval obligations assigned to the currently logged on user. It is the place in the Smart Client where you can actually approve or deny approval. You can open this tool window from the Ribbon menus Content tab.

The window can either show only approval obligations that have not been fulfilled or approval obligations that were fulfilled in the past. Use the Historic / Pending toolbar button to switch between these two display options (figure 1:1).

The list in this window shows one entry for each approval obligation of the current user. Each list element shows the Feature and the observations this approval obligation is for and it shows the current status of the obligation. The icon on the left side of the entry shows if the obligation is for a feature or for observations of a feature

Using the context menu of an element in the list you can Approve or Deny. Using open feature (or open observation in case of observation approval) you can open up the Feature editor to review the data before approving or denying.
