To determine hardware and operating system details of a computer you can use Windows' MSINFO32 utility. MSINFO32 displays a comprehensive view of your hardware, system components, and software environment.
The Application Server makes use of Microsoft's .NET runtime (version 4.5) and the SQL Server Compact edition (version 4). If these software products are installed by the Setup Program if not found on the computer.
For operation the Application Server needs an SMTP server that it can utilize to send email.
