This section describes how you use the Application Server Database Setup Program that will create a new Application Server Database on your Microsoft Sql Server. The Setup Program for the latest version of the Application Server Database can be downloaded from http://download.redbex.com.

The Application Server Database Setup Program must not necessarily be run on the Database Server itself but can be run on any computer that can access the database server. To run the Application Server Database Setup Program, membership in the local Windows Administrators group, or equivalent, is required on the machine where the Setup Program is executed.

To successfully conduct the setup you need to have appropriate permissions on the Database Server where you want to install the Application Server Database.
