If you want to move the Application Server  from one server (source) to another database server (destination) follow following steps. Note that moving the Application Server will require a new license code.

•Shut down all instances of the Application Server running on the computer

•Make a backup of the directory environment of all Application Server Instances

•Install the Application Server on the new machine using the Application Server Setup Program

•Install additional Application Server instances if needed.

•Overwrite the contents of the directory environment of each instance with data from the backup

•Uninstall the Application Server on the source computer

•Check the settings in the instance configuration files of each Application Server instance

•Start all instances

•Request new license for each instance.
