After successfully logging in to the application you are taken to the Workspaces page. Workspaces are containers for construction areas, just like folders are a container for files in a file system. This page shows the workspaces available to you.
If you start MappRover for the first time and if the application has connection to the Redbex Application Server it will fetch the list of available workspaces from that Application Server automatically.
Tip: If you want to refresh the list of available workspaces at a later point in time you can do so by swiping down the workspaces list while having network access to the Redbex Application Server.
Workspaces are created and managed on the Redbex Application Server through the Redbex Smart Client, you cannot create or modify workspaces within MappRover.
Activating or deactivating synchronization for a workspace
The workspaces listed on this page are the workspaces that are available for you. To get all the data (contained construction areas and their mapping events) in a workspace you have to first enable synchronization for the workspaces and then you have to start the synchronization process.
To activate or deactivate synchronization for a specific workspace tap on the on/off button for synchronization of a workspace (see figure 1)
Figure 1: Enabling synchronization for a workspace
Note: This only activates synchronization for workspaces, the actual synchronization has to be started manually.
