The Smart Client provides context sensitive help. When pressing F1 the Reference Manual will be opened with the chapter that provides information about the window that is currently in focus.

You may also open the Reference Manual (non context sensitive) by selecting the Help button in the top right corner of the Ribbon (figure 1).

Whenever you call context sensitive help the Smart Client will open the help resources that are specified in the Smart Client Settings. By default this is set to use the online documentation provided by Pöyry. See chapter Smart Client Settings for more information.
