The Create User Group window is a modal window used to create user groups. The window can be opened from the toolbar in the User & User Groups window (for root groups) or from the context menu of a user group in the User & User Groups window (for subordinate groups).

To create a new user group you need the system permission Manage users and user groups (0).

The Name of the user group is mandatory.
