Scroll Prev Up Next More

This document window is used to display and modify a stored job definition. You can open the window from the Stored Job Definitions window Note that you only define the job in this window, the schedule for the job is defined separately.

The General tab shows controls for data that is common to all job types. The ID, Job type and Owner controls are read-only. Note that the settings for Execution priority and Tread priority will only be respected if the job owner has the appropriate permissions. If these permissions are not granted the execution priority and thread priority will be automatically lowered on execution of the job.

The Configuration tab shows the job type specific configuration settings in a property grid. Pleas refer to the documentation of the job type of the currently modified stored job definition for an explanation of these settings.

On the Followup jobs tab you can define which jobs will be started as soon as this job is finished. To add a follow up job enter the id of th followup job in the toolbar and select Add.

The Event Schedule for the job (i.e. when the job will be executed by the Application Server) can be opened from the window's toolbar.
