Redbex user management can give you fine grained control over your data. But how to set up all those users in a big company? If you are already using Active Directory, you can import your users to Redbex. For this you just have to create an Active Directory group, let’s say “Redbex users”. Redbex can run synchronization with your Active Directory according to your defined schedule. Therefore you can manage access rights to Redbex system centrally using the tools you already know. Your employees will be able to log in to Redbex with their Active Directory password.
This does not mean that you cannot use the advantages that Redbex data oriented priveleges approach gives you. After users have been synchronized with Redbex you can grant them Redbex-specific priveleges on your data from within Redbex application.
