Redbex is Pöyry’s software solution for managing, processing and evaluating sensor data. Redbex is an extensible general purpose software system for sustainable data integration and data analysis. It allows for centralized data handling, expert data analysis and gaining of new information. Based on its generic framework Redbex provides domain specific add-ons dealing with various disciplines of civil engineering, energy engineering and others. It is designed to be a tool for decision support, project control and cost optimization.

The core structure of the software, is extremely versatile and builds on the experience of many years of Pöyry’s development work in the area of sensor data management. It integrates concepts that are useful for all sensor data management problems in projects of any scale. Redbex is highly scalable, modular and provides an open Web API for easy extensibility.
