Which approval template is used for a specific feature or the observations of a specific feature is defined by approval template assignments. The Approval Template Assignments tab in the Feature Directives window shows the Approval Template Assignments directly created for the feature for which the Feature Directives window was opened or inherited by some parent feature.

Each element in the list shows one approval template assignment. The Feature field shows which approval template will be started for features and the Observation field shows which approval template will be started for observations.

Double clicking an element in the list or selecting Edit from the context menu will bring up the Approval Template Assignment window. An existing assignment can be deleted by selecting Delete form the context menu of a list element or by hitting the Del key.
