Sometimes things do go wrong, no matter how hard you try. If you found a bug in our software, please submit it using the following form.

It is very important that our specialists can reproduce the error you encountered. In order to assure that, please provide the following information:

• What exactly were you doing when the error happened;
• The version of your Smart Client (available from Backstage menu on “Smart Client Administration” tab);
• If possible, provide a screenshot, that shows, what were you doing when the error happened;
• If Smart Client crashed, your buffer will contain error details. Immediately after crash you can paste them into the form below by pressing Ctrl+V.
